Eshanta Jitu is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ji Tech Inc., a minority- and woman-owned small business based in Virginia. She brings 12 years of industry experience supporting the government sector, together with a strong background in business development and relationship building.
Her leadership connects the company’s technical capabilities with the needs of government customers, prime contractors, and delivery partners. She emphasizes listening to clients, understanding their priorities, and building business relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
As founder, Eshanta shapes Ji Tech’s direction and its approach to growth. She brings a relationship-focused perspective to a company whose services include software testing, independent verification and validation, performance engineering, modernization, DevOps, and AWS support.
