Mamun Jitu brings more than 20 years of experience in software testing, technology delivery, and customer relationships. His career spans private-sector technology and government programs, with work supporting DHS, Veterans Affairs, the IRS, and the U.S. Census Bureau.
He helps teams translate complex requirements into practical delivery plans, improve software reliability, and make systems easier for people to use. His experience combines hands-on performance engineering and automation with Scrum leadership, user acceptance testing, and collaboration across technical teams and government stakeholders.
